Return & Refund Process


The following return and exchange policies apply to all physical products purchased through Skin Boutique's Online e-commerce services. 

Unused physical products in their original packaging are refundable within 15 days of the original purchase date. We will inspect your returned product once we receive it. We will let you know whether your refund is approved when we confirm it is in the same condition we sold it. If it is not, we cannot offer a refund.


To start a return:

 

  1. Please email us your proof of purchase to the following email address: info@skinboutiqueonline.com
  2. We will respond within 2 – 5 business days, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
  3. If your return request is approved, ship the item back to us (we do not cover the cost of shipping returns).
  4. We will process the refund using the original payment method when we receive the product. Credit card funds can take up to two weeks to be posted to your account.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items. We also do not refund the original cost of shipping. We recommend using a shipping option with tracking and insurance for high-value items. We will not be responsible for guaranteeing we receive your item for a return or exchange.

Exchanges:

Purchased items from our eStore are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. However, we must inspect the product to determine its eligibility for an exchange, using the same terms outlined above for returns. You will have five days from the time of our receiving of your product in the mail to be able to select a new item for the exchange.
